What we collect

Information you choose to submit through the property brief and newsletter forms, together with the source page, submission reference, time of submission and your consent choices. Campaign parameters are included only with analytics or advertising measurement consent; advertising click identifiers require advertising measurement consent. We do not append names, email addresses or phone numbers to page URLs or measurement events. Please do not submit identity documents or financial evidence through the initial form.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, assess fit, provide relevant property-side information, coordinate requested introductions, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. Sharing with property owners, developers or licensed partners happens only where you have consented or where it is separately agreed for an active engagement.

Storage and processors

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, and routed to GPI's email. Optional website analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) loads only after you accept it; your choice is stored locally in your browser for up to 180 days. Campaign attribution, when permitted, lasts for the browser tab session. A submission reference and its delivery state are held for the tab session to prevent accidental repeat submissions; form text is not saved in browser storage. Advertising measurement is a separate optional choice. You can change or withdraw your choice with Cookie choices at the foot of any page. Withdrawal reloads the page to stop previously loaded measurement scripts, so finish any form first. Retention is limited to what is reasonably required for enquiries, engagements and legal obligations.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@greekpropertyinsider.com. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
